The VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System offers two RN Residency Programs for new graduate nurses:
1. RN Transition-to-Practice (RNTTP) — 12-month program for new graduate RNs with less than 1 year of experience 2. Post-Baccalaureate RN Residency (PBRNR) — 12-month program for BSN graduates
