Pulled from the registries

Every listing starts with the ANCC PTAP directory or the Vizient/AACN participant list. If your program is on either, it is here. Programs published on major health-system career sites and NHS Trust pages are added the same way.

Filled in from your program page

Cohort dates, specialties, prerequisites, and the application link come from the program's own public page on the hospital's site. Where that page does not publish a detail, the listing says so rather than guessing.

Refreshed on a schedule

Listings are re-pulled from the registries and program pages on a set schedule. Each program page shows the date it was last sourced and where the data came from.

Is my program already in the directory?
Probably yes. Every program in the ANCC PTAP registry and the Vizient/AACN cohort is loaded automatically, along with programs published on the career sites of the largest U.S. health systems and major NHS Trusts. Search the directory for your hospital to find your listing.
Do I need to create an account or claim my listing?
No. There are no accounts, no listing claims, and no submission channel. Listings are compiled from public registries and your program's own page, and refreshed from those sources on a schedule.
Does it cost anything to be listed?
No. Every program is listed free. There are no accounts, tiers, or fees, and no program can pay for placement.
Does the directory share applicant data?
No. We don't operate an application platform — every "Apply" button routes the applicant to your own application portal. We don't collect or sell applicant data.
Where does the information on my listing come from?
From the ANCC PTAP registry, the Vizient/AACN participant list, and the program's own public page on the hospital's site. Each listing shows where its data came from and when it was last sourced. If a detail is not published in any of those places, the listing says so rather than guessing.
What if my listing is out of date?
Listings are rebuilt from the registries and your program's public page on a schedule, so what those sources publish is what appears here after the next refresh. The directory has no channel for edits outside that process.
