Search the directory for your hospital's residency listing. Most programs are already pre-loaded from accreditation registries and official health system career sites.

Verify domain ownership

Sign in with an email at your hospital's domain (e.g., @upmc.edu) — or add a DNS TXT record we'll generate for you. Same standards as Google Search Console.

Edit your listing

Is my program already in the directory?

Probably yes. We've pre-loaded every program from the ANCC PTAP registry, the Vizient/AACN cohort, the top 100 U.S. health systems by bed count, and major NHS Trusts. Search the directory — if you find your program, the claim flow takes about five minutes.

What does "verified" actually mean?

It means a person at your hospital with a domain-matched email (or who passed DNS verification) has signed the listing as accurate. Verified listings show a gold seal that nurses recognize as the program speaking for itself.

Can multiple coordinators access the listing?

Yes. Once one person claims a program, they can invite additional team members from the same domain. Each team member gets their own login and edit access.

Does the directory share applicant data?

No. We don't operate an application platform — every "Apply" button on the directory routes the applicant to your own application portal. We only report aggregate outbound-click counts to verified program owners.

What if my program closes or pauses cohorts?

Mark the listing as "paused" in your dashboard. The listing stays visible with a clearly disclosed pause notice — applicants don't waste time, and your SEO equity is preserved when you reopen.
