Sign in with your work email.

We'll send a magic link — no password required. Use an email that matches your hospital's domain whenever possible.

Submit your claim.

Tell us how to verify ownership. An admin will review within one business day.

The email you signed in with should match your program's website domain. We'll confirm your role with your nursing leadership before approving.

Document on letterhead

After submitting, we'll send you an email with a secure upload link for a one-page letter on hospital letterhead authorizing you to manage the listing.

Phone callback

An admin will call your hospital's published main number and ask to be transferred to nursing administration to confirm.
